We opened Soho just about nine years ago with a business model built around packing guests into a cozy space and feeding them delicious fried chicken chased with strong bourbon and flavorful cocktails. It was a winning concept for about 8 years and three months.

These days, though, that idea isn’t possible. And as a result, we have made the decision to temporarilyshift our full-service bar + restaurant into a “quick comfort” operation. 

Meet CHICKEN RUN -- a spin-off concept designed to give you a taste of what you’ve missed about Soho, but in a to-go friendly package. Our new menu will be built around our signature fried chicken pieces and sides, plus biscuit sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, and a handful of other old favorites -- all lovingly boxed up for you to grab and run.

We’re temporarilysaying goodbye to dine-in table service, a crowded bar, reserved seating and rounds of neat pours. Gone too are the complimentary biscuits we know y’all love. (And while we’re sorry about that, please understand that we’re just going to be a different kind of place for a little while.)

This is truly an impossibly difficult time for our industry, and we do not make these changes fleetingly. They come with 7+ months of uncertainty, crushing stress, second-guessing, and unrelenting financial strain. We simply hope that by adapting to the current world, we give our business a chance to survive and our crew the opportunity to earn a living.

We really hope you enjoy our temporarytransition to a different kind of restaurant. And we promise we’ll get back to normal when the world gets back to normal.
